Location: East Lansing, Michigan Cost: $ 21,600,000 Year Completed: 1998 Description: This 180,000 s.f. project was built in the center of Michigan State University. Bordered on three sides by roads and the fourth by a parking ramp (that Spence Brothers built 40 years ago), made this a demanding site. Another challenge was that the owner was Michigan State University and the primary tenant was Detroit College of Law so there was a necessity to satisfy the needs of both educational institutions.
