With HealthSource Saginaw being a county operated facility, Spence Brothers construction experience in municipal relationships truly benefited this project. Major additions and renovations are required to replace an existing 175,000 sf facility. An expansive structure is currently being erected to provide offices, psychiatric care, living care, and depressed care units. The project also includes a substance abuse area.
