Spence Brothers was the construction manager for this 103,000 s.f. complex, housing offices and classrooms. This building stands in the main campus of Saginaw Valley State University The difficulty in this project is that a portion of this new building is sandwiched between the existing library and the science building. Being built between the two buildings means that the building needs to be both appealing and secure.
