Description:
Completed in 1999, this 323 bed housing facility includes two and three bedroom suites as well as laundry rooms and study areas. This facility was constructed similar to a residential home. By using conventional wood framing and trusses, and not relying on structural steel fabrication, this allowed Spence Brothers to fast track the project and work in multiple areas at the same time. In turn, this allowed us to complete this 106,000 s.f. building in 12 months.
