Spence Brothers was the Construction Manager for the Saginaw Valley State University – Regional Education Center project. This state-of-the-art facility consisted of 1 two-story structural steel frame, brick exterior veneer with a 3rd floor penthouse. The interiors included a massive atrium, circular auditorium, numerous offices, lounge spaces, two kitchens, and computer laboratories. The project was finished one month ahead of schedule and was under the budget allotted by the State of Michigan and SVSU.
