Description:
Spence Brothers was the Design Builder for this expansion/addition to the existing Saginaw County Events Center. The project consisted of the addition of a “Grand” Sense of Entry for the entire facility, renovations to the Ice Hockey Arena, Theatre, Kitchen, Governmental Offices and a Banquet Hall. The project also included the addition of a Locker Facility. Spence Brothers held the contracts for the design and engineering of the architectural, electrical, mechanical and food service contracts. The project was finished on time and within the budget allotted by Saginaw County.
