Spence Brothers was the General Contractor for the Shiawassee County Courthouse Renovations. The project consisted of major demolition, restoration and reconfiguration of the existing courthouse offices, jury rooms, court rooms, and many other areas to the interior. The project also consisted of the renovations of portions of the exterior system. The owner was very happy with the overall progress and the finish product was beautiful.
