Project: Waste Water Treatment Plant Improvements
Owner: City of Bay City
Architect: Hubbell, Roth and Clark
Location: Bay City, Michigan
Cost: $ 35,533,000

Description:
As with most waste water treatment plant upgrades, they usually need to remain in operation while the new work is put into place. The Bay City project was no exception. This included a new tertiary treatment building sitting on top of over 690 pipe piles and a new clarifier, as well as renovations to four primary clarifiers, two secondary clarifiers, two trickling filters, an eighty foot deep pump station, solids handling building and an addition to the administration building that houses a new laboratory.
