the Project study

The Central Michigan University Research Corporation (CMURC) is a nonprofit organization focused on advancing economic development in the community and helping entrepreneurs with startup businesses and resources. The organization expanded to its third location on the second floor of the SVRC Marketplace, the renovated former Saginaw News building. The building is also home to the City’s farmers market and a number of other commercial business, retail, and food service tenants.

This space features offices, CoWork space, and conference rooms available for entrepreneurs, small businesses, and corporations. There is a variety of small and medium sized offices along with common areas to serve the diverse array of tenants and service providers associated with CMURC.
