the Project study

As part of the company’s celebration of its 125th year in business, Spence Brothers relocated its headquarters to the SVRC Marketplace. The building, which was originally constructed by Spence Brothers as the Saginaw News Building in 1960, was completely renovated by the company.

Spence Brothers’ headquarters obtains half of the building’s 3rd floor, providing great views of the Saginaw River and the outdoor Downtown Saginaw Farmers Market. The suite features a mix of private offices, semi-private offices and open concept workspaces, along with several conference rooms throughout.
