the Project study

A growing student body and the need for increased student housing at Saginaw Valley State University afforded Spence Brothers the opportunity to construct the Living Centers North & South.  Each built to house approximately 360 students, these wood-frame facilities include living accommodations consisting of two- and three-person efficiency style units along with four- and five-bedroom suite style units.  They both contain shared living spaces complete with personal storage and common lavatory areas.
