Spence Brothers performed several fit-outs at Midland’s EastEnd Development. The Fitness Center at Midland EastEnd provides health and wellness opportunities for employees of The Dow Chemical Company. Located on the second floor of the larger East End Mixed Use Development, this 17,185 square foot fitness center features a variety of spaces including locker rooms, massage rooms, cycle spinning room, free weights, an aerobic machine area overlooking the Tittabawassee River, and group fitness spaces for programmed classes.

The Office Area encompassed 77,923 square feet and was designed to maximize work space efficiency while creating an attractive work environment promoting collaboration. Spence Brothers also self-performed the general trades package on the Office Area fitout.

The Medical Clinic at EastEnd services the employees of The Dow Chemical Company. Its fitout covered 11,395 square feet of space on the first floor of the East End Mixed Use Development building and contains eight exam rooms, nurses stations, fitness and drug testing rooms, and ambulance access. Radiology and pulmonary practice suites are also featured.
