Construction on the 12-story, 124-unit building began in the Fall of 2016. The target completion date for the building is mid-2018. The building is located on the properties of 513 and 603 E. Huron.
The size of the apartments ranges from 350sf to 1,250sf with several different types of apartments available ranging from efficiency units to four-bedroom, four bathroom apartments. Forty-two units will be smaller than one-bedroom, 27 will be two-bedroom, and 55 will have three or more bedrooms.
Parking will be provided onsite with 85 spaces underneath the building itself and 31 spaces in a lot at the rear of the site. No commercial or retail spaces are being built on the site, but the developers mentioned they are working on a plan with the neighboring The Graduate Hotel – the former Campus Inn – to offer food options that could be delivered from the hotel to the residents.
An indoor fitness center and spa, business center, leasing center and club room will be onsite for residents to use as well. Fifty-four bicycle spaces will also be available onsite.

We couldn’t have done it without daily communication, everyone working together to get it done. It was a challenge to keep everyone in the loop of construction progress, given the tight timeline. Considering this was our first residential high-rise, I’m very pleased with how it came out.
