the Project study

This new administration building was built adjacent to Jolt Credit Union’s State Street location in Saginaw Township. The new facility unites more than 40 team members from five departments who were operating from separate buildings and locations. The goal of this new build was to improve communication and collaboration within the business.

The building is multi-storied with a basement and features a training and conference area for financial literacy community programs and periodic all-staff training. Areas where team members worked beforehand were repurposed for additional member service space.

The structure’s exterior is comprised of masonry with ACM panels and curtainwall systems. Site work included demolition, earthwork, site utilities, drainage, site paving, curb & gutter, and sidewalks.
