the Project study

This project’s renovation breathed new life into an existing restaurant at The H Hotel in Midland, transforming the space into a Mid-Century Modern atmosphere that offers patrons a posh dining experience. Designed to be a gathering place along Midland’s Main Street for locals and travelers, the venue seats 110 guests and features a dine-in bar, two private dining rooms, and a 40-seat patio in the hotel’s courtyard. Replacing the former Table restaurant, ONe Eighteen was designed to compliment The H Hotel’s playful Periodic Table/Element branding displayed throughout the property’s entities. ONe Eighteen’s name refers to the 118 elements in the periodic table, specifically oxygen and neon.
