the Project study

This project involved the pouring of approximately 7,700 cubic yards of concrete to complete the construction of this brand new, six-story, cast-in-place parking facility located in close proximity to The University of Michigan Hospital, adding to the project’s complexity.  Spence Brothers worked in heavy coordination with the City to sustain an uninterrupted flow of heavy traffic.  With the creation of detailed traffic plans, the use of road closures, detours, and signage, this aggressively scheduled project was completed on time and within budget.
