the Project study

This  addition and renovation project for Wellspring involves the construction of a 5,733sf dining/kitchen addition connected to a new outside patio with pergola located at the west end of the existing McBrite facility.  A new entry drive-thru canopy will also be constructed.  New site improvements will include expanded greenbelt and buffer area, curbed circulation drives, site lighting, and sidewalk paths around the entire McBrite facility.  The existing building will be retrofitted with a new fire suppression system.

Areas to be renovated at the Shattuck Manor will include office & reception areas, marketing, the wellness center, resident lounge, large group activity, the dining and staff lounge, the nurse station, and resident wings.
