In order for your construction project to be successful, planning in advance is key. Spence Brothers’ Preconstruction Services thoroughly address every aspect of preparing for your build.

A hand-picked, in-house team – including our Preconstruction Director, Engineers, Project Manager, Estimators and other construction experts – will bring you peace of mind during this critical phase on your project.
