Spence Brothers is honored to work alongside Baruzzini Aquatics and William A. Kibbe & Associates, Inc on Bay County’s new Community Center Pool! After the groundbreaking ceremony in April 2026, construction will officially begin in early spring to bring this state-of-the-art aquatic facility to life.
This facility will feature a wide range of modern aquatic amenities, designed to serve residents of all ages, interests and abilities. Some featured amenities include:
- A zero-entry, ADA-accessible design
- Play areas and slides suited for all age groups
- Basketball and volleyball activity zones
- Climbing walls and ziplines
- An aquatic ninja course
- Dedicated areas for lap swimming, swim lessons and community aquatic programs
Bay County initiated the Community Center Pool project to meet growing resident demand for accessible, modern aquatic amenities and to create an inclusive, engaging and dynamic space for swimmers and families. This project wouldn’t be possible without the support and help of local voters, community members and swim advocates.
