We are thrilled to announce that Spence Brothers has been selected to serve as Construction Manager for the future Frankenmuth Credit Union Sports Complex! This transformational indoor sports facility will be located on Keystone Street in Frankenmuth, Michigan.
Spanning over 100,000-square-feet, the complex is designed to accommodate athletes of all ages and skill levels through year-round youth and adult sports, training, tournaments and community programming.
Key features of the complex include:
- Versatile court space that transforms from 6 basketball courts to 12 volleyball courts or 18 pickleball courts
- An elevated walking track
- A training room for athletes
- A referee room
- A membership fitness center
- An on-site medical partner
- Community gathering areas, including a café with seating and flex rooms for programming, such as senior activities
The Frankenmuth Credit Union Sports Complex projects to host over 31 tournaments annually, primarily on weekends, leaving the facility wide open for community and regional activities, from bingo and game nights to drop-in play and leagues.
Spence Brothers is honored to help bring this exciting community vision to life, creating a year-round destination that will serve residents, welcome visitors and support the continued growth of Frankenmuth and the Great Lakes Bay Region. We will proudly join the Frankenmuth Credit Union Sports Complex for the groundbreaking ceremony on October 1, 2026. This groundbreaking ceremony is open to the public and begins at 11:30 a.m.
