Originally built by Spence Brothers in 1936 to serve the local community as its post office, this historically significant building underwent a complete the restoration in the heart of the vibrant historic downtown Chelsea, Michigan. Renovating the building to serve as the new Chelsea location for Ann Arbor Pediatric Dentistry, our team once again renovated a building originally constructed by our firm to adapt it to a 21st Century use.
