WORK

the Project study

The City of Alma Planning Commission gave the go-ahead for this approximately $7 million expansion at Masonic Pathways. Work included demolishing three existing wings (A, B, and C) totaling 15,587sf and replacing these with a newly constructed 16,070sf two-story structure.

New spaces contain offices for human resources, administration, and finance departments, while also allowing the Grand Lodge of Michigan, Michigan Masonic Charitable Foundation, and Michigan Masonic Home to be in one location rather than scattered throughout the campus.

Work also included reconstructing the parking area which now includes 75 regular and 4 handicap spaces.

Masonic Pathways is a not-for-profit, continuing-care retirement community offering independent and assisted living, short-stay rehabilitation, as well as skilled nursing, and memory care services.
