the Project study

Formerly the site of a retail commercial facility, this new pavilion was constructed utilizing the existing structural columns from the previous-existing structure.  Construction also included removal and replacement of existing concrete slabs, landscaping, an irrigation system, and lighting.

The pavilion itself is over 40’ high, and the entire site was regraded to facilitate grass seating areas and a berm.  New electrical feeds and sidewalks were installed, as well as new decorative fencing that surrounds the site and is located on the grade beam of the previously existing commercial structure.  The new pavilion serves as both a stage and a shaded area for various events along the west side of the 2.1 acre property.
