  • Completely remodeled customer lounge

the Project study

The oldest Buick dealership in the United States has gotten a facelift with this project, described by dealership managers as renovations aimed at providing added convenience to their customers, as well as a fresh, new look. Spence Brothers originally constructed this new suburban dealership in 2000, and this project upgraded the facility to reflect the new corporate brand standards for Buick and General Motors.

Technology, customer, and employee comforts were also an important element, as the lounge was remodeled and a new workstation has been added.  Garber Buick now provides free Wi-Fi and the use of a Kindle to customers during their visits to the dealership. The dealership remained in full operation during construction, and the public was encouraged to visit during the entire renovation process.
